We offer a 30-day refund guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will process a full refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo if the item is damaged or defective
  

We will respond within 24 hours on business days.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

DO I NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM?
For damaged or defective items: no return is required. For change-of-mind returns: please contact us first and we will advise on the return process.

EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please request a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
